Vista Property Group
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Vista Property Group Inc. (“Vista”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Who we are
Vista Property Group Inc., 808 Courtland Ave E, Unit 7B, Kitchener, ON N2C 1K3, Canada. Our privacy contact is Victor Hernandez, Director of Operations (Victor@vistalimited.com, 519-590-7114).
Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you provide it;
- the type of property and the service you are interested in;
- the message you write.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse (for example, to limit repeated form submissions).
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you request. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers and where your information is stored
We do not share your information with anyone outside Vista, except the service providers that help us run this website:
- Netlify hosts the website and processes contact form submissions, which are then delivered to us by email. Netlify stores this information on servers in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
- Google Maps is embedded on our contact section to show our office location. The map only loads if you accept our terms notice or choose to show it. When it loads, Google may collect information and set cookies according to the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use its own cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. The only third-party content that may set cookies is the embedded Google Map described above.
When you accept or decline our terms notice, we remember your choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on that device. It contains only your choice and the date, no personal information, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Social media links
Our website links to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Those sites are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you if you do not become a client. Information about clients is kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
How we protect it
The website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to inquiries is limited to Vista staff who need it to respond to you.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting our privacy contact above. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (opens in a new tab).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
